Senior Colourist Florian Staerk is a visual perfectionist. He’s forever striving to find the perfect look for the images and the story that lies behind them, treating every picture as an individual photograph – so viewers can experience it as exactly that.

Florian has graded for directors including Martin Aamund, Alex Eslam, Esteban, Adi Halfin, Hanna Maria Heidrich, Joern Heitmann, Maher Maleh, Elisa Mishto, Elisha Smith-Laverock, Harald Zwart. He’s worked with DoPs such as Matt Ballard, Christian Zuniga, Julian Hohndorf, Denis Guth.
