About the Role
CHEAT currently works with several IT support companies and uses supplier support contracts, but we are looking to bring the majority of our required IT support in-house with this role. It is therefore a vital role to deliver and support the increasingly complex service that is demanded.
Initially the role will be supported by our current external engineers, but going forward it is expected that most IT support will become internal.
As well as having responsibility for both the business and post production IT systems and infrastructure, the engineer chosen will work closely with the rest of the team in supporting the daily technical workflows for major advertising, film and television productions. We are also keen to develop and adapt new ideas with the role to refine our workflows, infrastructure and work together on creating a reliable infrastructure that leverages new technologies and hardware available.
The successful candidate will work to deliver technical development and optimum technical efficiency on our post production, infrastructure and business technology systems across the company.
