Director Ben (Coyle Larner) and Molly wanted a filmic look to complement the embodiment of time that the video takes place in. It’s a really timeless film so the team planned for a film-out. Toby used a film emulation LUT to preview the effect, before deciding film emulation with a bit of extra emulation work based off the actual print was the way to go.
